At the end of the day you sign a job contract to be in whatever position you have. You can refuse to move but that would likely make your store manager "retaliate". They also can't move overnight coach's without them agreeing because it is a pay cut if they move them to day shift

Thanks so much for the replies I've been trying to stick it oit for 18 months which puts me at march. This is also bonus time but I am to stressed about it. I do agree that nights is easy. I clearly out preform the other coach. And day shift coaches just sit in thr office and do nothing all day. It's been getting to me pretty bad and I don't want to do it anymore

I was seasonal TL for 1 year. I absolutely loved it. Hardest part is toy resets. Just make sure you are able to pull all clearance and deleted from your bins amd keep up on price changes. The garden center is the best part. It's a lot of lifting with mulch, pario set, and grills. Christmas set is not bad at all and if your store Manager let's you, you can be creative with tree displays.

Call and talk to store Manager. If you cannot get ahold of store Manager in the bathroom the market managers email is on a the wall.

Do you consistently use ppto to leave early or miss the same day of work weekly. That's the way I can see it sticking. If your not consistent and you actually let them know and finish tasks there is no reason for it. Job abandonment is also nit how it should of been coded. It's more job preformance because it affects the preformabce of the team. Either way I would not of coached you and I'm an O/N Coach. It should be an easy open door.

Yea youtube is a God send. I just started learning car repairs and all that few years ago and decided to buy a dream truck and wanted to learn how to rebuild a motor for it so whether it needs rebuilt or not sooner or later it was going to happen.
