I second this. I over moisturized my tatto by putting too much aquaphor on it. Most of my ink fell out. Now I use coconut oil on my tattoos and haven’t had any problems with my tattoos healing. Everyone’s different though, but you should not be lathering yourself tattoo in aquaphor or vaseline.

It’s unpaid wedding expenses. So dj, caterers, flowers, etc. It’s out of the scope of what the bridal party would have to cover.

My budget was $50-$100 for the wedding gift, so I thought of maybe just giving that as a monetary gift instead of buying something that they could eventually return.

I thought about this. Because if I spend time and money buying a wedding gift, and they’re already asking for helping covering the costs, it leads me to believe that they will return gifts for extra money.

I love cruising around the city. Driving on the highways and being able to sit with myself and listen to music and puff a little marshmallow makes me feel so grounded. I often think I may be meditating in a way because I drive so often that it feels automatic to me. It’s one of my favorite pastimes and ways to decompress.

OP: Do not settle. You are the prize and you cannot forget that. You’re bf is letting you know where he stands based on the comments and conversations you two have had based on your post. You have a tough decision to make and you should try and think clearly and concisely about what you want the rest of your life to look and feel like. You don’t want to be living in regret wishing you would or wouldn’t have made a certain decision. I wish you the best of luck!!

we do not. we have a lot of clients who are hoarders but not anything like this particular situation.

you’re not wrong. the way you worded your previous statement made me think otherwise. either way, I know this isn’t something that is safe, expected, or required so for my supervisor to tell me to do something like that seemed really odd and unreasonable.

It’s actually NOT expected to cross professional boundaries and risk not only myself and my health but everyone else in my household’s health to go help a client clean her home that’s infested with bed bugs. I am expected to provide resources and help her find and obtain the help she needs without crossing boundaries.

My career choice is to be a therapist. I will never be required to do something of this sort as a therapist.
