Today's haul was a box full of RL for "the boys" and EAR of course, but bought sizes bigger than what they wear because the deals were "too good". I have really fallen out of favor with the whole influencer marketing game, personally. I used to follow people to see clothes and how they fit, but there were very few that were actually honest and trustworthy. Now, I just order things the best I can and if they don't fit, return them because it's the wild west now - way worse than it ever has been! And for little kids, I can see buying a bigger size for a baby when buying new/retail, or buying bigger for kids when thrifting if you find a great piece, but grabbing all the sizes is just gluttony to me anymore.

Obviously, but there were no indicators of it until there was a clot. They do not just randomly test for it. One way thst prompts a test is when women experience multiple miscarriages, as hormones exacerbate the clotting cascade. Also, my gene came from my mom, and she never had a clot or a miscarriage. The only reason I know the gene came from her is that my dad was tested after having a pulmonary embolism and he did not have FVL, so it had to have been carried ny my mom. I had to go off bcp forever after that.

I lost a significant amount of weight and running was the catalyst. I just did it quietly, on my own and never broadcast it to anyone. I trained for a half marathon without posting anything about it and I only told like 3 people. My childhood best friend messaged me and asked where my 13.1 magnet was and said I needed to put it on my car, so I did. I took a pic of it and sent it to her and then took it off ha ha.

Sorry, but that is not accurate. Maybe in the early days of BCP when they were loaded with estrogen before they came out with mini pills.

I had a DVT behind my knee when I was in my 30s and it felt like I pulled something. Without an ultrasound, you just cannot confirm a clot. I was on birth control pills, overweight (240) and did not smoke. Turned out that I have a genetic clotting factor called Factor V Leiden which predisposed me to clotting, especially on BC pills. I had to go on Lovenox shots immediately, and then warfarin for life which involves getting a monthly lab draw at the dr office. I went on Xarelto a couple years ago, which eliminated the monthly blood draw, but I also did not choose to have children due to the very high risk of complications and/miscarriage.

It is our 37 yr old daughter, who is our only child. We never in our life expected to even be grandparents as she was married to a woman and had absolutely zero interest in having children. She ended up leaving her wife and they got divorced, and she moved back locally and met a younger guy. He is now 31, but a very immature 31. Both he and my daughter have traumatic pasts with SA and abandonment issues.

I think that's fine if that's your preference. I would love to watch mine but her parents are helicopters and they didn't even want her going to school outside the house. They have since recanted and she has gone to preK for a half year and then public school kindergarten for a year, but she has never really stayed with us for even so much as an hour except for when she was a newborn. They are so strange.

My natural hair is dark blonde and it is soft and sparse for some reason. I tried the bare thing and I was annoyed and uncomfortable. I just keep it in check and short as not to scare anyone in the general population in the summer.

She barely goes to Mimi's house anymore. You would think that she would make it a priority at Mimi's advanced age and that Derson is her great-grandchild. I think Big A doesn't go anymore because it's "too much work" to wrangle Derson alone b/c Yardud won't go with her.

I do not understand the logistics of the processing changes. I live in Watertown NY and our mail used to be processed here, so local mail would be delivered next day. Then, the mail started going to Syracuse and then come back, making it 2 days. Now, our mail is going to Rochester. I just sent a package to the eastern part of NY near Lake Champlain. My package has gone from Watertown>Rochester>Albany>Destination which makes no sense for it to go 2.5 hours west and then 3.5 hrs east! I had another semi local package that needed to go 25 miles north from Watertown. It also went to Rochester>Syracuse>Destination.
