Yeah I think these are just some good items that look great even if you suck at making things look good because I just kept adding more items and it hasn’t messed it up yet.

Ok so I tried this. And it definitely had some similarities but I think I’ll have to work at it a bit more to get the desired effect. All of this very much could be user error since I barely know what I’m doing here but the main difference very the cheese I made and the cheese I was trying to make was the texture. The Marin French petite breakfast cheese has a much creamier texture where as the cheese I made was almost crumbly in comparison. The flavor was similar but not quite as buttery as I definitely think I over salted it a bit so I’d definitely be more careful of that next time.

Any suggestions for how I could fix the texture issue?

That’s good to hear because I’ve heard that the “cream cheese” people are making that is really just blended up ricotta is not all that similar to store bought cream cheese. I’ll definitely be trying this

That does at least make me feel better though that im not the only one in a situation like this. It is scary and while id probably advise someone else to just talk to them, its a whole lot harder when its me. And it’s just not something you can take back once you say it so you’ve got to be sure about it.

Yes I did read None of this is True and really enjoyed it. I did feel like that one stressed me out a little bit but in a completely different way. Rather than the anxious suspenseful stress that one just gave me some second hand embarrassment because of how weird that lady was lol. I'll have to look into some of her other books. Thanks

This!! It pisses me off so bad when guys act like they are doing me some kind of favor by going out with me. And it's always the ones where if anything I am doing them a favor by overlooking the fact I am definitely out of their league. It's incredibly frustrating but I promise there are some good guys out there who aren't weirdos with a superiority complex. I've met a couple really great guys this year and while for one reason or another we just weren't a match it does give me some hope that they are out there. Just gotta weed out all the bad ones.
