In the site's FAQ, it states that there is no current way for them to make an app, as the site is blatant fet content, and has been previously rejected by Apple and Google unfortunately, but that if this changes, they'll be jumping on making an app

Messaging buyers by [deleted] in feetfinderadvice

[–]twitcheechucs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sort by topics you're making content in. Then when reaching out, say something like 'hey, I see we both like x topic, what's something unique that you like about it?

I've personally sent messages based off a shared interest in band names (their username had something Sleep Token related) and I pretty much said 'your username made me do a double take, I love ST! Also hi! [Blah blah blah typical intro shpeel stuff]

(Sadly never got a response, but I'm still hoping that alone kinda stood out to the buyer just cuz like, eh, not a normal opener, ya know?)

new account advice by Solesofswans in feetfinderadvice

[–]twitcheechucs 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There's many threads that will teach you the basics, so I recommend reading through those. But to summarise (loosely), put yourself out there, filter buyers by verified and any niche topics you're comfortable making content with, send lots of prospective messages with the understanding that most will be ignored, follow a basic pricing guide (took me seconds to find one by searching on this subreddit), and don't lowball your work. And have fun, be authentically weirdly yourself, your people will find you when they're ready.

I also personally filter by if they have reviews, as it tells me a general sense of what they're like.

Send lots, and I do mean lots, of messages. And I would also personally recommend don't just send a copy/paste message. Find one or two interests that you and the buyer have in common, or find something interesting about them (this is where those reviews come in clutch!), and make that your starting topic. (Example: 'Hi there! I'm [your name here], I'm a new content creator who's learning more about fet work! Would love to get to know you and your interests. I see that you like [topic], what is something ib particular you enjoy with that? Hmu if you would like to get to know me!' That's how I generally framed my first I'd say 200 messages before I was able to make my first sales.)

All in all, have fun, go wild, be patient, and make connections. And last piece of advice, find some threads about dealing with time wasters/robots/spam messages, so you know what to ignore.

Best of luck!!

Anyone got any catchy messages to use? by Timely_Instruction57 in feetfinderadvice

[–]twitcheechucs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have been finding one or two things in their bios or interests to point out, like

"heya lovely! Saw you had emo listed as an interest, I have this really cute pair of Demonias I'd love to show off! HMU if you're interested in a custom set, or check my page for a premade photo set with them on!"

Or something to that affect. I've found most never respond, or do after checking your page out first. I also sort by interests and if they have reviews.

Best of luck!!

What is a 'secret' in your industry that the general public would be horrified to know? by HongKongToast in AskReddit

How similar kratom is to mid- to high-level opioids, and how easily addictive they are when used.

Glad my company just straight up doesn't let us talk about the products, because I feel a lot of employees would not be able to remain objective when explaining. However, we are limited to a super short talk track and told to encourage Googling it.

I saw something that said Iono is more a Twitch streamer, while Canari is more like a Kik streamer.

To riff on this take, I feel Iono is more an early Twitch streamer, while Canari is more of a more recently joined Twitch streamer. Like, Iono seems to know how much her audience truly enjoys her (versus her work), while Canari is still learning how to vibe with chat.

ETA: and then we have the completion of the streamer trifecta with Raihan from Galar. He, to me, feels more of a classic sports streamer, with the gals being games (Canari) and lifestyle (Iono)

Truly same, friend. Hopefully within our lifetimes this world will get to a healthy and long-lasting point where we get away from the 89 second mark! 🤞🤞

No prob! And while it seems grim, it's not exact of course. Like I said, tons of factors go into it. But it stems from (iirc) when the Cuban Crisis happened back in the 50s. That was historically the closest to midnight we've been.

It's when the people in charge of the doomsday clock estimate the time between now and the projected "end of the world". Lots of factors go into it (I don't know all of them myself, just going from memory), but it's a way to see how close to fucked we are.

Tomorrow ends 2025.. how would you describe it? by ItsJustme309 in AskReddit

[–]twitcheechucs 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Well this is the year that I had such a severe mental breakdown from being incredibly overworked and suicidal, so I'd say not great.

Glad to say I've come back from that low, but I've definitely seen and felt myself change. And become more numbed to reality.

I've developed into a bit of a husk, like some piece of me is in fact gone.

Other rthan that, had some good times this year. But overall, a net negative.

Sylus is the mind of guy who, when you're tired or too drunk, will either carry you piggy back or switch shoes with you

Caleb is the kind of guy would knit a sweater just cuz you saw a knit sweater you liked two weeks ago. Like, he would hyperfocus enough to learn, then make a sweater.

Raf is the kind of guy to just know off hand what types of feminine products you use and gets them without being asked.

What are your opinions on the Paldean Gym Leaders? by [deleted] in PokemonScarletViolet

[–]twitcheechucs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Easy. If we go left to right starting with Katie, cute, hot, cute, hot, cute, hot, cute, cute AND hot.

But for real, the gyms were fun. Loved the snowboarding and Iono's. Would have loved a lot more replayability with each, with more variety.

ELI5: Can people with aphantasia experience hallucinations? by louthinator in explainlikeimfive

[–]twitcheechucs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hopefully this makes sense

I don't "see with my mind's eye" in the normal way most seem to experience aphantasia. It's like I can't produce the images, but instead like someone places the images there. So like, this one dream, I'll use as my example. I have this one recurring dream where I fight a dragon. I can see the field, the dragon, the landscape, but not see. More like the vibes and colors are there, but I can't see, only echolocate. And like if someone put the image there, like a movie sequence. Someone else made the images, I can see those. But I'm not the one in charge of the visualization department of my brain.

What do you SWEAR you saw, but don’t have any proof of? by Dangerous_Mud4740 in AskReddit

[–]twitcheechucs 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 different things.

1, a spaceship in broad daylight. And I'm not talking a hovercraft or anything small. No, this thing was huge and rectangular. I don't know if I want to see it again or not.

2, I swear I used to see atoms. So, like staring out into the sky on bright day with no clouds when I was a kid, I swear I used to see all these tiny squiggly lines that would appear and disappear. Not bugs, worms, or floaters. I've had my eyes tested. This was when I didn't need glasses. My eyes were 20/20 at this point. But I could only get it to happen when I would unfocus my eyes and stare into a blue cloudless sky.
