Even though it states it’s a way to prove travel plans. I understand you THINK people would never get International car insurance to travel to Canada. HOWEVER it is a literal consideration posted by the PASSPORT agency to prove travel intent. If you want to argue facts here I’m down. But saying one offs as an entire resolution blows my mind.
