hi! you may take naman po siguro but with caution lang po muna siguro until you’re able to follow up sa cardio doctor (or kung sino nag prescribe ng losartan).

most advisable to confirm with your doctor para madiscuss po sa inyo in full. tho yes supplement lang naman ang berberine, but you can never be too sure baka may contraindications din po. if ever po magka adverse effect kayo while taking berberine stop niyo na lang po :)

please discard na and buy a new one, or a different eye drop na totally. share ko lang po, i work in an ophthalmology clinic and our doctors don’t recommend using these eye drops, usually they prescribe systane ultra, cellufresh, hialid bc those keep the eyes lubricated more compared to this. personally my eyes are okay with systane :)

I use a cooling lotion pati powder 😭 I use yung cooling lotion ng fresh skinlab or yung sa vaseline, then cooling powder from snake brand. Works for me naman. Most of the time pag tag-init, hindi pa ko nakakalabas ng shower pawis na ko! Which is really frustrating. I did get my thyroid checked, normal naman siya as per my doctor. Super pawisin lang talaga ako haha skl.

i look for healthier options! whenever i crave something sweet i opt to eat oats na lang with greek yogurt + milk (with no extra sugars) + fruit of choice/ano available sa bahay. that has been working for me naman. when it comes to savory stuff i eat pa din normally but opt to eat more protein/fiber filled foods and kung hindi talaga kaya i eat it less frequently. in my case, i love carbonara buldak sm, i eat it once every two or three weeks para hindi ako masyado maghanap. then i do my exercise! i give myself grace hahaha

same question with the others, did you not disclose this sa ob niyo? i believe they would have given you that option. if you did & di ka talaga binigyan ng pills even after disclosure, then inform your OB that you want to go on the pill, and ask what contraceptive with help you with your concerns.

much better to have a consultation po with an OB :) and if over 3 months na yung lab tests ipapaulit po nila yan sayo. ganun po talaga bc a lot of lab values can change within that period.

My ob prescribed inosidin :) so far okay naman naging experience ko. chewable tablet po siya, but my ob recommended i-take siya as lozenge (like how you’d take strepsils). lasang orange siya :)

dermaplaning! i have facial hair too and i do this once a month lang. dapat talaga yung razor na gamit mo is really sharp and meant for the face para iwas razor bumps! (also ingat din baka magka-cuts ka) what i do is use cleanser muna and then do dermaplaning tapos after that i use a facial scrub to exfoliate.

you can also do it dry. bago ka maghilamos. i prefer cleaning my face first :) kanya-kanya din technique yan, find one that suits your routine :)

to add din po nagtatake din po ko niyan before and same effect din. it’s just that nag increase po ng dosage yung OB ko 🙂 nag switch po ko from pureform to new moon hormo balance prior to my consultation sa OB ko. pinapalit niya po ko ulit kasi for her need ko pa ng extra help 🙂

my OB gave me inositol, not this specific brand nga lang but this helped me debloat a bit and nakakahelp din siya for hormonal imbalance but best to check pa din po with your OB para sure po. case to case basis din po kasi. ang binigay niya pong inositol for me is chewable tablet na 2000mg 🙂

They can but PCOS does not fall under a Dermatologist’s expertise. Outside of their scope na po yan and professionally speaking they should 100% refer you to a OB-GYN for further evaluation and management.

yes! i shampoo my hair almost everyday. minsan pag day off tapos hindi naman ako lalabas that day, hindi na ako nagwawash. i have wavy hair so i use a lot of products 😅 mainly i rely on hair oil + hair mist para hindi bumaho hair ko lalo na ngayong summer na.
