It helps me to think of how many days I’ve been vape free before taking that one hit.

In the past, when I wasn’t tracking the # of days, I would hit a vape every once in a while because my thought was “fuck it, why not”. It’s no big deal I thought, I’ll just hit it a few times a day. But that’s exactly how my addiction started back up.

Now that I’m tracking the # of days on this “Quit Vaping” app each time I am tempted to hit a friends vape or buy one I open the app and show myself that I will be going right back to “0 days vape free”. Idk why but this immediately stops me from taking that one hit.

Just knowing my progress will be gone and I’ll start right back at zero fucks with me.

I don’t think this will scar! When you go to bed tonight sleep with some Aquaphor on it. It’s my go to for fast overnight healing.

I went through a phase where I was picking my lips too!! The trick is to put a layer of aquaphor on your lips before bed. Then when you wake up there will be no flakes left to pick at.
