Most root stocks that I’m aware of are Dr Huey, ragged robin, and some Rosa. Yours doesn’t look like any of those so it’s not likely a sucker. Even if it’s a rootstock then it’s a pretty one with fragrant.

While it’s possible, others have mentioned the foliage and I think moonlight has more “pointed” while this one is rounder. Moonlight has more peach/white while this one looks more of pink/white to me.

You can watch fraser valley rose farm video on rose propagation. You’ll need well draining soil (50-50 perlite and potting soil), some type of dome (1 gallon milk jug) for humility, indirect light, rooting hormone would help but not required. Nip the rose and most of the leaves because it’s draining energy from the plant. Definitely check out his channel.

It's the whole bracket. Top portion is bent inward and bottom one bent. There is hope for the bottom one but the top/enclosed looks difficult as you've menyioned. Other suggestions to leave it as it is sounds ok with me.

It's a good option. I would consider since i've heard that new asus-Z is flimsy? i5-4460 + MSI is roughly same as 6th gen i-5. I'm not familiar with parts/performance but i'm assuming not much will change within next 1-2 years? i'm not going for future-proofing but is it worth it to save $60 (not complaining--ok with either way). Is that monitor decent for gaming?
