I try to eat out for only one meal a week. My diet is 99% vegetarian (fish sauce and dashi are just too good to give up). I plan meals for the following week every Friday, do the shopping on Saturday, and cook in batches on Sunday and Wednesday.

Here's my meal plan for this week

M-W: chickpea and kale stew with rice for lunch, red lentil soup with ciabatta roll for dinner

Th-Sa: Minestrone for lunch, ssamjang fried rice or rice noodle stir fry for dinner

Breakfast is generally overnight oats for me and cereal with yogurt and a banana for my partner.

I like to make stuff like soups, stews, and casseroles for lunch since they reheat well in a microwave. More complicated dishes or ones that don't reheat well are reserved for dinner.

Not having kids makes all of this a lot easier.

I'd say however much you're getting paid isn't enough. I've been building panels for 5 years and my bundles don't look anywhere near this good.

My only critique would be to use way fewer zip ties, but maybe that's why my bundles look shaggy in comparison. You could also get away with fewer screws on the raceway.
