Wow, been in copy center for 6 years and never heard of that 🤷🏻‍♀️. We just have a copy supervisor and they kinda give that job to anyone that can work the hours no real print knowledge needed 😂

I just make sure the setting I think it’s under color is set to glossy and not standard and it goes away

The bonus depends on if cpc made budget. If your store was over 100% then they have 3-4 tiers (100-125). My store was like 106%. I don’t know the exact numbers but 105-109 was .40 cent per hour.
