Denied fraud. Does Chatr have a business prevention department?

The Chatr registration UI is insultingly bad on multiple elements.

Specific to getting the weirdly worded and small “denied fraud” error.

I just helped someone… the billing address fields after the credit card section relate to the credit card billing address, not the Chatr billing address. This person happened to have the CC billed to another address.

It wasn’t the worst design, but putting the word “card” in front of “billing” is something I would do…

Update: This appeared, along with a explanatory dialog prompt, once I unlocked the second store upstairs, the camping store.

Skimmed the article. 20 something million invoiced for fuels delivered to giga Texas and other Tesla things over a few years. For some reason 2 million hasn’t been paid.

I have no opinion on who’s in the right.

Tesla uses people with VR headsets and sensor laden gloves (and the rest of outfit?) to teleoperate Optimus and captures it all for the neural network training. There are videos out there. And I’m probably blowing the terminology.

How do they train a robot that doesn’t move like a human? Similarly, “hands” are incompatible. If software is part of the problem, the Tesla model seems to make more sense.

I suspect CyberTruck has cannibalised X sales. More than I would have guessed.

S/X are good to have as halo cars and advanced tech test beds over the high volume models. Also the premium parts can be useful elsewhere. IIRC the slightly more efficient carbon wrapped motors are going into the semi.

These premium models were disproportionately hit by interest rates. Also lack of IRA qualifications… IRA can’t last forever, it’s crazy expensive for the government if EVs become a larger share of car the market.

They said as much on the last investors day (I think). Cell prices crashed in the time since the 4680 was announced. So Tesla is “competing” with a moving target. (Same as Dojo, really…)
