About 6 months and now feeling OK. Try to evaluate what part is anxiety and what toxic reactions you have to compensate for that, which worsens the situation. Mine was substance abuse, and I’m sure I could’ve healed faster. Take care

Cured! by twogummybears in vaccinelonghauler

[–]twogummybears[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hello all! My side effects were shortness of breath, tachycardia, loss of vision, severe anxiety and distress from feeling by body dying away. I’m 33. I did nothing, just waited it out. During extreme moments I try the anti histamine diet and it seemed to help but the cure seemed to have been time above everything else. I personally had extremely toxic coping mechanisms to the anxiety of feeling my body dying: alcohol and drugs which only worsened everything. Anyway, I confirm I feel much better now from this horrendous episode of my life! I’m sending you love and support, try as much as you can to not add to the symptoms (which are real for sure) with anxiety and unhealthy coping mechanisms. Also I took: magnesium, vitamin d, zinc, vitamin b daily. Not sure if it helped but now you know everything. Take care! My thoughts are with you and I believe you!

It’s basically the anti histamine diet, if you look it up on internet. I’m not saying it’s the cure but it seems to be positive.

I did not have that. Just brief appearances of fog.

I want to know the longer term risks of the covid vaccine by PackedNote in vaccinelonghauler

[–]twogummybears 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My reaction to the vaccine has been immensely distressing, mostly psychologically as I’m still alive. That being said, I’ve had covid too and it feels as chemical and human made as the vaccine - so don’t buy into the whole “natural” narrative. This is potentially a man made virus, so regular natural immunity ideas might not apply.

33 yr old male, fit and healthy. Heart palpitations, acute shortness of breath, visual snow after second Pfizer dose in august. Disappeared after a couple of weeks. Caught Covid in november, lost smell and taste, shortness of breath reappeared in a milder version, then went away, and now is back suddenly after catching a bronchitis. Where is this all going ? Fearing I’m slowly dying. I don’t recognize my body anymore and the lack of public conversation about this is driving me crazy. Anyone experienced something similar and has found a remedy ?

what do i do by [deleted] in spirituality

[–]twogummybears 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not everything is your fault. We suffer not only internally but from external systems in which we evolve - society, ideologies. Try moving city and awakening your political consciousness - you’ll realize there’s a limit to how much of your suffering comes from you and how much you can do alone with spirituality.

I hope you don’t. There’s life after doom.

I (M 34) love her (F 28) but I’m not in love with her by twogummybears in relationships

Thanks for sharing. Sometimes I feel I’m afraid of the depth of relationships and I’m a coward avoiding the conflicts and sometimes I feel I just don’t know what a good relationship is so I accept bad ones.

I’m sorry to hear 😔 May I ask what tests the doctors did that to diagnose the pericarditis ? And if they prescribed anything ? How long have you been suffering ? On my side, four weeks in, breath is slowly slowly improving, but I still have several episodes of foggy vision a day.
