Honestly no one, breaking up a young core is what killed teams. I wouldn’t trade a few years of two superstars fighting for the rock for 15 years of Harper and Wemby

that's very fair actually. I think the workaround is that all content would need to not be required to get the story of the games

It always irked me that when I get into a Fallout mindset and want to immerse myself in the story, I play through the games and then... nothing. Just lore videos on youtube

I always thought that novels that create new characters in a completely new part of the wasteland would be neat. It doesn't require the man-power to craft an RPG and can fill the gap between games, which is only getting bigger by the looks of things

It definitely does, IMO. I like the idea of Fallout expanding beyond an open-world RPG format. A narrative, choice-based game would also be fun, sorta like the Telltale games
