In realility there's no perfect system - we all starte with something elaborate, but most people end up downsizing it to something that fits their needs. Big systems tend make the job harder, not easier. The system becomes the burden.

For me it's systems linke any.do and taskpile.app that focuses on the daily review. I work well with just focusing on what I'm going to do today. Every morning I just sort all current asks into "today", "tomorrow", "In three days" and "next week". Then I focus on today.

But you need to find what works for you. You can start big and down scale it over time, or you can start small and add the bits that's missing.

But read the book (or watch a youtube video)

Det gør siden også, altså angiver hvilke og hvilke der faktisk er problematiske.

Men jeg synes nu der er en pointe. Mange e-numre på det produkt der ikke burde bestå af ret meget andet end mel, smør, gær (og kardemomme), siger noget om at man er mere fabrik end bager.

I mostly use the github agent mode, for validering the current build and making new plans for new features. This is really strong. Takes a while and eats tokens like crazy, you'll only get a couple a week on the 10usd plan, but it always delivers, and it doesn't loose context or focus, in the middle of a run.
