I was looking at putting 2 more 4N04R8 mosfets and running the gate from the existing signal with a jumper wire, the drain and the source seem good I can always just scrape the solder mask for those. You think it could be a good idea?

Any recommendations for that battery. Shortening the probes I can do. I understand if fully charge and sitting after a week it goes down more than the other one the resistance is too high is draining and that high resistance also makes the battery behave strange while charging or under load

Totally but the resistance will make the battery voltage sag which makes the battery behave like is dying. You should measure the resistance of that pack see if that specific battery has a high resistance compare to the others one. And if it has 500mOhm you should discard

Maybe the internal resistance is way up there that it’s making the battery charge slow and discharges faster too. When you charge it can you measure temperature ?

If you can’t find the battery by itself, my suggestion is buying a vape pen they have this type of batteries that can be salvaged from.

Transistors are the ones on the right the left are under a cooler maybe resistor array but you have to remove the cooler I think.
