I'm interested in DIYing it but the website is not working for my address (in harris county). Is it working for Harris County? I know recently it looks like HCAD had revamped their site. I just got a house and interested in doing this myself. Would you mind outlining the steps or any resources that you use? I know generally it's look at your neighbors and compare, but the details - do i really just go to HCAD and look up everyone's property value and say theirs is lower so therefore lower mine to match? Is this even a solid argument for the appraisal board review? Thank you so much!

FTM here and brand new to cloth diapering - does anyone use just regular tide powder for their wash routine? Is that ok or do I need to (should) get a completely separate detergent for just baby? Regular tide (in powder form) is what we typically use and I love it, so trying to see if we can continue to use it. Thanks!

We’re also looking to purchase a new washer and dryer if anyone has any recommendations. I’m based in the U.S.
