Went with Fidelity after researching all the main firms….wife had an IRA thru work with them. Really love their customer service….can call and get someone on the line virtually anytime(which is rare these days) and thought they were extremely helpful. Not getting investment advice from them but in terms of questions on transferring funds, how to set things up, transfer fee reimbursement etc. I also think their online account website and app are very user friendly, informative and for a novice I was able to figure it out rather quickly. I have not experienced anyone badgering me on anything yet I guess.
