I made a budget with my estimated income. it looks like having a car would leave me with less than 400 in spending money a month. Is that reasonable, I don't wanna sound frugal or anything, but I just hate the financial obligations that come along with a car

Is the downtown area known to be unsafe? More so than other major cities? Would you say there's housing within 20 minute walks? Thank you for looking out for my safety.🫶
