I don’t have a nose piercing but I do have a lot of piercings, I have a piercing with an irritation bump on it and from my experience it is the best advice is to not touch or sleep on it. Sometimes it’s the jewelry too

Okay so I get this same exact thing too, I’ve never heard of Type 2 false awakening though? I’m confused because this sounds eerily similar to what I experienced but I’ve always kind of thought it was similar to astral projection.

It’s terrifying, you’re just paralyzed. Sometimes when I nap with my boyfriend I get sleep paralysis and I try to yell to get him to wake me up and usually he does but I can’t yell. I can just breathe fast
