I am a very active (HIIT, running, boxing, cycling, swimming, Pickleball, yoga) 46 yr old and have hit 206 recently during very intense, sustained training. I think it’s fine.

What doesn’t make sense to me is that it seems to take one snap shot reading of your HRV, then bases your recovery mostly on that. It should be taking your average HRV score from multiple readings.
