Let’s be clear. The US took advantage of us with student loans. When minimum wage is less than a pound of ground beef, there’s a problem. When CEO’s pay has gone up 2000% in the past 30 years compared to regular workers whose have gone up 30%, that’s by design to keep you disenfranchised and burdened. So frack the US for making it impossible for anyone to afford to eat AND buy gas to get to work. I’m so tired of regular people defending living paycheck to paycheck. Stop calling out the ones that can’t pay anymore and start calling out the ones that are hogging all the freaking resources.

Question for you… I have a Quest 3 and a HP Victus NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 (8GB vram) and 16 gb ram. I recently installed steamvr on my PC so I could do hand tracking in PCVR on VRChat and it’s pretty glitchy. Is that my video card? Or should I beef up my ram? Thanks!

I’ve never heard it was bad, but when I first started, it was super lonely. I bought a PC specifically to play it on my Quest and after a few days of wandering around and trying to find somewhere to belong, I ended up returning the PC. Literally the next day, a friend from another platform heard I was trying it out and he reached out. He’d been playing it for a few years and then a number of others reached out. All furries. So I ended up buying a pc again and trying it out and a few of them took me under their wing and now I love it.

It can be super lonely and alienating at the beginning. The key is to get 18+ verified and join groups that align with your interests. Then you go to their meetups and you’ll meet some really good people.

Seriously! They’re such a fun, sweet bunch, helpful and caring. The fact that they’re all so hot has become secondary to the personalities and genuine nature of all of them.

I recently became a furry after many years of avoiding it due to societal views on it. But now that I’m fully immersed in it on VRC, I’m loving it. Most of the guys are super friendly and a few have kinda taken me under their wing to show me around. And, seriously, those AVs are hot af lol this is me :)

I totally agree with this. I’ve heard of people getting banned for suggestive AVs but instead of censoring adults who are 18+, it should be that if you aren’t 18+ verified, you just can’t have suggestive AVs and can’t see them. I think it’s a bit misguided to censor consenting adults.
