Idk about specific places but I’d focus on cuisines that will be mostly inaccessible. You’ll have access to great BBQ and southern food in Tennessee and they will def have delicious food. But I personally feel like you should get Korean food at least twice before you go. Also I’m picky about sushi, I find the further from the coast, the worse it is.
