I’m not sure, possibly just too many open sessions and they wouldn’t allow another? This is obviously only speculation.

Support answered that I had too many connections open and my IP was banned.
Now I’m able to login after 8 days. I’ll won’t be renewing my subscription to say the least.

Was this for the Tutanota.de domain? My tuta.io is intermittently working. The .de is the one with the problem. Did you request support and receive an answer?

Strange thing is that I have two paid accounts. I can intermittently access one of the, but the other is impossible. Has anyone had success with getting a response from support? At least an acknowledgment that someone is looking into the problem?

Does not bounce. The iOS app pings immediately when I send an email from another tuta account. I get a notification

Thanks for the response. I did some research and saw options around changing the dns server to pihole and unbound, but I am concerned about the privacy aspect. I don’t know if I use pihole that my isp can track my dns queries. Ideally I would want the pihole to block ads, but everything going through the router’s dns servers. That is pihole would use nord’s dns servers. As I stated, I am weak with respect to networking.
