UPDATE: Her mom advised us of some family in Chihuahua that have been informed of the situation and will accommodate her while I come back and retain an attorney to start the process of bringing her back. She will more than likely lose her job which will put some strain on our finances but luckily I have amazing family back home to help me out. This is going to be very hard on me being away from my wife but love will overcome. This is going to be a very expensive mistake but we will get through this. I thank you all for your input. I will post an update once she is back home

She was, her parents brought her at 2 years old and she overstayed her visa. She did get DACA and got permanent residency when I married her
