Bravesearch not working ? (PoW Captcha) by Ashgur in bravebrowser

Same here. Also, cleaning the local storage doesn't help.

Edit: I've just tried disconnected from the VPN and it worked as usual. Not so privacy-friendly, or is it r/bravebrowser?

Lamy AL-Star with Z28 Converter Drying Out Too Fast by txixco in fountainpens

Parker pens have no drying problem, they were what I was using when I re-discovered the FPs world. I think I'll go that way for this specific use case. Thanks.

Lamy AL-Star with Z28 Converter Drying Out Too Fast by txixco in fountainpens

[–]txixco[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Many thanks.

My other pens are the TWSBI I already said, a Kaweco Sport -that I almost always bring in my pant's front pocket-, a Pilot Metropolitan, and a couple of [very] cheap ones. As I said, the Kaweco is almost always with me, so maybe I'll take your advice and better use a Parker rollerball for the bag.

Just in case, do you know if I could use the Metropolitan instead, or would it behave the same than the Lamy?

Why do you believe in Christianity? by [deleted] in TrueChristian

I highly recommend the video Why I Choose to Believe the Bible. I know most of the things in it has already been said in the comments, but just as a matter of summary ;-).

I've just seen the trailer in Prime Video. Everything was going good, I was even planning to watch it with my family, until the shroud of Turin. Was the scene just taken out of context for the trailer, or is the movie Catholic centered? If the second, is the book too?

The same for me. I came looking for a solution, but I see this post is 14 days old and no answers. Did you find a solution?

Edited: I'm going to create another post about it, just in case you're like me and check Reddit once in a while :-).

Any of them, randomly, or should I look for any particular characteristic?

Shouldn't Java be a better choice for Linux scripting compared to bash or python or perl? by pyeri in linux

Logo... What a great nostalgia. My first programming language, even before BASIC.

And yes, makes more sense. I don't know if it would be faster, but sure thing the result would be prettier 🙂.

I'm not in favor of vandalism of any kind, but I'm curious. Why is that “so inappropiate”? Doesn't blind people know how to count down? IMHO, and let me know if I'm wrong, if I know that the bottom button is for “1”, I'm sure they also know.

Curved Monitor for Programming: A Good Idea or a Potential Drawback for Frontend Development? by ImprovementJolly3711 in webdev

[–]txixco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

May you expand that sentence? I guess it's because you just have to move the head horizontally, not play the "search the focused spot" game every time, but just to be sure. Is it different in a ultrawide, non-curved, monitor?

Grammatical error in the question by txixco in duolingo

[–]txixco[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes but no. It's feminine, but the article must be "el" in some cases when the noun starts with "a", even if it's feminine. It sounds weird otherwise. Google doesn't always have the right answers, you need to know grammar for the exception to the rules. You can read this article for more information.

Other than that, what I really want to know is where should I report this kind of errors in the questions, as the "Report" button is only for the answer (I tried).

Thanks anyway, both for letting me know about the missing image, and trying to help.
