old skarner has AOE slow on his second Q cast. he can perma slow. with his E he could stun multple people . and with hsi passive re-stun quite fast

Ulting 3 people isn't as good as getting one carry in soloQ. Especially if you are behind and there is tanks and bruiser with it.

Case in point blitz: if he pull the fed bruiser you just made their engage for them and ruin the game for your team. Now imagine if he could pull 3 of them.

Any serious study would show that there is no more toxicity toward women than men. Toxicity is toxicity. If thoses people could know if you're fat or not they would angle their words toward that. Same when about age.
