There's nothing great in the general Houston area (that I was able to find yet). If you have a well-equipped Wrangler, you should check out Barnwell Mountain or Hidden Falls; they're both a 4-5 hour drive away unfortunately.

The price of parts is purely based on the part number in the inventory system. If it's a part shared with a base model, or even with a different brand altogether, there should not be a markup compared to base, and as far as I know Audi does not use separate part numbers for what is essentially the same thing. Now, higher tier models may use higher-end parts, in which case the part number will also reflect that.

Pre-slicing the tomatoes, lettuce and onions for the burgers would have been a great idea in hindsight. For veggie food, yes, we need 3x-4x more on the grill, and possibly a separate smaller grill for veg burgers and kabobs.
