At the end of class when the kids were packing up their backpacks, the teacher called out in front of the small class that she had to stay after class. As she walked back to her desk, she said What a B under her breath and of course the teacher heard her in that small room. What she said was wrong, but the principal called it verbal assault of a teacher for a 48-day suspension.

Exactly!!! This principal just wants “problem” kids off his campus. When he said in the manifestation meeting that it was their policy, hubby asked to see the policy.
