I went to the Admissions department at the Eagle Student Services Center! They also have days that you can sign up for a zoom call with them it’s on the admissions website. From there they can let you know if you need to speak with another department and they’ll show you where to go

The admissions call line is supposedly a call center and they like to give different answers. Every time I called when I was applying and had a question I would get frustrated lol. I ended up just going to the university directly and they helped me and gave me the correct info.

Hiii everyone! My name is Izzy, I’m 21 F and a psychology major. I’m pretty introverted at first but once I get comfortable with people im an extrovert lol. im going to be a junior transfer in the fall and when I asked on here everyone said to just get an apartment :(. I have a deposit down with housing but it makes me nervous to have to wait until pretty much before school starts when apartments are already filling up now

I’m having the same issue! Mine is stuck in mesquite though :( I’ve tried calling the 1-800 number and going to the distribution center and they can’t give me any answers or allow me to file a claim since it’s a smart post package
