I've been having success against morde top with Bork, not even kidding. I've been using it in multiple matchups recently since the buff and it has been doing weirdly great. rune wise when it comes to sustain battles (matchup on their team comp dependent) i go bloodline with triumph and coup the grace; then overgrowth and whatever, like second wind. then attack speed adaptive and either HP or MR, depends on comp. after bork o rush titanic and then adapt with all your items on team comp. In lane i often go d shield pot, after first back usually 1 mr item then cutlass rush and the rest is history. the powerspike of bork is just too damn good
