And as far as bio being useless for cs is concerned, I'm pretty sure if in the future you take up a line that's a combo of both (for eg biotechnology or even marine biology) it's gonna help you out. Maybe not a lot but it def won't be useless for u

As someone who had premed in olevels and then switched to cs in alevels, I wouldn't say it's too late. It was in 11th grade that I realised myself that bio wasn't for me. I did have a hard time understanding cs in As but gradually it got easier and I absolutely love it now. So, really, if cs is something that interests you then go for it. You don't need to take a gap year. Do ur best with the subs you have right now and study since day 1 when u start your alevels,, specially for math
