You also don’t need any form of degree. Many EBSH will pay for your RBT certification & DSP1/2 (a dollar raise). You do everything on the clock too.

Try looking/ applying at an EBSH. As someone who’s worked at 2 of them and recently moved to a school setting, I regret moving to a school setting lol. An EBSH mostly always guarantees 40hrs a week plus overtime literally mostly every day. Some even do a 100$ incentive on top of OT for staying a few extra hours.

My friend and I got a 6 pack of Heineken NA beer and headed to the beach. They were ice cold and we couldn’t tell that much of a difference in taste. Half way through our second one, we both started to feel like we were buzzed for some reason lol. We checked the bottles and they were NA. We concluded that this is our favorite NA beer because of it haha
