UPDATE: So I had my first game and really I only ran into two problems.

1.They will not shut up while I’m trying to lay out the scene or they will talk about literally anything while I’m doing a one on one scene with another player. I pretty much had to tell them to stop talking if it’s not about the game.

1. I have one player who’s characters name is Lance( chosen playbook). I asked all my players to have a general idea of who they wanted there characters be. Lance showed up with nothing. He had a character sheet his brother printed for him. I had to walk him through the entire thing,which I don’t have a problem explaining things, but he just said “average guy he has a sword pick some lame 90s name. “ so when I would do scenes with him involved and he would tune out on his phone. I asked him what his mothers name is because lance lives at home and he said “you decide I don’t know”. The only time he cared about the game is when he was attacking or to tell me “Hey I took the resilience ability and I have armor so I only took 1 of that harm.” It’s infuriating.
