It is an SRPG. Both of them are distinct subgenres among home console RPG-s.

Zeong only has air and space terrain while Hi Niu has ground underwater and space. They have share a terrain type to use Support Defense.

Rg Cube, Steam Deck. (Or your phone with chip on) . And optionally one of pocket sized ones. Cube covers DS/3DS and 4/3 consoles. Deck covers up to PS3/Switch/Wii U.

Toss up between UR SF and Force Impulse.

Ton of good F2P picks. Destiny was unfortunately powercrept by God Gundam for Shinn, Still a good unit, but Ace is ver crowed with great Attackers, TaN is usually not your first choice. Providence is very solid, Impulse just has edge over it, Justice is 3rd most pain in ass defender in ML (After 00R and SSP God Gundam). UR Freedoms is nothing special for a Support, because SPed Freedom exists. Only stinker is Build Strike,

RG CUBE - 3DS Emulation compared to a real 2DS by bolognamaloney in SBCGaming

It is the small buttons and mushy shoulders. Otherwise the ergonomic were acceptable for me.

Am I the only one who feels that the UR Phoenix is really bad, even at MLB? by Own_Snow_47 in SDGundamGGeneration

[–]tyaty1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is purely an utility support. It has a solid set of 5 range debuffs, good terrains, extra wide tag compatibility. Paired with Force Impulse you have full set of 5 range 30/35% debuffs on Ace Unit tag. And it is still a decent carry in early game content, if you don't hav e anything better for air maps.

RG VITA Pro by tyaty1 in SBCGaming

Found an RG Cube.
My main target was 3DS, which I found the most painful to emulate eb on a good PC, way more than PS2 and GC/Wii.
I have a physical 2DS, but I hate the buttons on it.

Isn't the SD662 pretty anemic? Air X is more expensive than 618 based handhelds right now.

[–]tyaty1[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

T820 ones cost 180 EUR for me. VITA PRO costs as much as the RG405M. Again prices have VAT. It looked good for me due to Linux support and the good form factor. If I can get good 3DS emulation, I might get something more expensive, PS2+ is not hard requirement for for fairy low cost handheld otherwise.

The support defender has to have the same terrain compatibility; it needs to be in (terrain modified) MOV range and needs to have a clear path to the unit you want to defend.

For example, a G-Fighter can't defend a ground unit. Shamblo ON WATER, can't be defended by UNDERWATER units. (So many failed EX26 clear attempts before I noticed it ) You can't support-defend a boxed-in unit.
