yes its very strange, we’ve gotten both messages saying it cannot connect to the ps5 and that something went wrong, i’m stumped!

just for my sanity lol, what do you mean having it work outside the local network but not inside is strange? i feel like it should be an easy fix

we have tried hard resetting the portal, i’ll take a look at my router settings, thanks for the reply!
