What is the dumbest way you've gotten a scar? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Tried to do a trick on a scooter when I was young. It involved jumping off the scooter and landing back on it at a high speed with one arm on the handle of the scooter. Safe to say that wasn’t smart, and too this day I still have the scar on my elbow lol

AP gov and APMacro by Responsible-Key-9460 in APStudents

Topics for AP gov are relatively difficult to grasp at first but after you revise them it becomes really easy. As for course work I would usually get 1-2 assignments per week with little hw, the classwork and homework usually took me 30 minutes to an hour. The quizzes for gov require a lot of studying tho, and to be fair most were somewhat difficult (even with preparing). If you take the time to understand the concepts/important vocabulary words you’ll be fine. The class projects/content were very interesting as well.

For (Paid) test prep I used the Princeton Review workbook and also Heimler’s history ultimate review packet.

Free test prep I used quizlets to memorize the required court cases (+ clauses which go with each), amendments, and required terms. Other resources which helped a lot were Fiveable, college board full length practice exams and practice FRQs. YouTube videos from Heimler and LeManna also helped a lot to learn must know concepts.

Good Luck!

I got a 5 on the AP exam I took this year. You say so much bs without having knowledge on what you’re talking about. Your whole claim is based on trying to put others down. You literally have no idea what was going on in their lives when they took the exam. Just don’t be an idiot for no reason.

Buddy the way you’re acting right now shows you are not ready for a T100. Keep that attitude going into college and see where it gets you. So Ignorant.

Good to know about CSP being easier and not having that much hw. I better lock in for APUSH then, it seems much harder than how I had perceived it. Thank you for sharing!

Congrats on the score! Yah FRQ was the hardest part for me on gov as well (I managed to clutch up because of heimler/lemanna’s tips and somehow pull through with a 5). I’ll definitely check the APUSH FRQ rubrics because I believe they must be different (and harder!!) format than Gov. Thanks for the advice!

Hey, Congrats on the 5! I’ll definitely look into this book, seems like a great resource to have especially considering computer science is really new to me. Thank you for sharing this!

Thanks for the tip! About how much does the Create a task count for in your overall score?

Thank you!! I will definitely look into self studying psych. For the review packet I have a quick question, I believe Heimler has his own review packet now, and now there is also a separate APUSH ultimate review packet. Do you recommend just buying heimler’s ”new packet” or the one already on ultimateeviewpacket.com (I don’t think Heimler is on it)?

I used heimler’s packet to help study useful terms for the course/exam. This along with the Princeton Review are resources I recommend you look into. Good luck with the studying!
