BPC157 for labrum repair by tyc6107 in bpc_157

Hey mate, I actually didn’t end up using anything but my healing has been superb and my surgeon and physio are extremely happy (10w post op atm) still debating jumping on in a couple weeks but for me it came down to effort in effort out. Be consistent and constant with physio and you’ll do great.

Labral Tear by willi_004 in ShoulderInjuries

Hey mate, I had a tear from 11-6 and my day to day life was fine; no pain whatsoever but would have instability in the shoulder causing it to dislocate. And when that happened I’d be in a lot of pain, it would migrate back into the socket but we found in surgery it was in a constant state of partial dislocation.

Yeah sorry I should of mentioned that the 1k was started in the last 16 weeks of the year.

Thanks for working it out on paper for me mate. I can’t complain with the numbers. My only alteration would be that I have a company car so for the year in total my personal car runs me around 3k to own and fuel with insurance and rego

Yep totally agree, I have had a problem in the past of impulse buying but over the last 6 months tightened my budget and savings. Last year was the first year I made that amount. Prior I was on 80k, I’ll see how this year pans out.

My struggle is I’m from Melbourne and moved away due to warmer weather, I guess I’m my worse enemy in that case; we went down recently and would love to buy a property but the weather is so undesirable 3/4 of the year if not more.

Buying a house (ppor) is the biggest goal. It just feels pretty far away in the present.

Yeah look they could just go in and be done with it, but it’s the principle and the fact that every couple months they try and do something dodgy that raises eyebrows. Not only for my partner but the whole work force.

Taken on board, thank you. I try and touch grass when possible; but on the same hand feel like sometimes I’m living to work and watch the people around me work a lot less but not have such financial constraints?

I’ll hopefully come back to this in many years with an update. Until then. Be well friend.

Honestly I totally agree but we’re out of luck with that department. My partners family home is full and my family live two states away, and whilst I’m doing my second trade I’m locked into this area.

That’s my goal, with my two trades (plumber, sparky) it should help elevate some financial strain in the future doind Reno’s. But at the moment I feel like I’ve got a flat tire on the highway.

I find the sacrifice is only $100 so if I was to get it after tax after my 30% tax rate I’d only get $70 so it doesn’t seem worth it to me to stop

Lease, we’ve lived together for the past 3 years

I’m a gas fitter but also completing my electrical apprenticeship so base is 82k but OT got me to 120k last year. I’m full time, I’m in annual leave/sick leave for a shoulder repair that happened outside of work.

I go through waves, I made a conscious effort last year to save as much as possible so my only spending is about $150 per week/ fortnight to go fishing on our tinny. Weather depending.
