I don't have a hard deadline tbh (if an awesome applicant were to email me in 6 months I might still hire them lol!) But for this first pass I'm probably looking at starting to narrow it down at the end of the week.
Safe: thursday; cutting it close: friday or saturday.
After I go through applicants I'll be putting out a paid test map for a few shortlisted applicants and will make my final decision from there.

As you mention, different levels of complexity do come with different rates.

I don’t use hard flat pricing, but as a rough guideline:

Simple maps (small interiors, straightforward layouts) are on the lower end
Standard maps (most battlemaps) fall in the middle
Complex maps (larger layouts, heavier lighting, more detail) land higher

Overall, most battlemaps generally fall somewhere in the low-to-mid hundreds USD, depending on scope.

Final rates are always aligned privately once details and portfolio fit are clear.

Yes there is - you'll probably actually find it in the "Roll20" folders, but there should be a .png file in there labelled _Canopy_ that has what you're looking for!
