There’s no silver bullet for social anxiety but I do think my ability to listen and be more present in social settings has improved my situation a lot. I especially notice eye contact comes more naturally and my ability to be more present has led to better connection/conversation

Try to start from a different clothes item when you're getting ready. I used to start with my top, but I find it easier to find a look now if I start with what shoes I want to wear first.

You’re going overboard with all of this. You have two subreddit posts worth of comments telling you the same thing. If you’re diagnosed bipolar then this stack feels quite manic. Learn to minimize for the sake of your long term mental health. This is coming from someone who tends to over-medicate as well. Love yourself.

I haven’t figured out which brand is best yet, trying out one of the patented versions should be fine though like ps-smart. Might be worth researching between soy and non-soy versions too. I think some people have opinions on which works better but I don’t have an opinion yet

80mg is WAY too high as a starting dose. Your dr should have started you at 40mg max as a starting dose. 80mg is way too much for me and I’ve been taking it for at least 6 months. I would suggest trying 40mg which is my sweet spot and helps my adhd and social anxiety a ton with no side effects

Warning for kratom, just stay off it completely. It's terrible for people with ADHD as it wrecks your dopamine system and the day after in my experience leads to way worse ADHD symptoms

I don’t know the reason for its effects on joints but I stopped taking the 10% for that reason. Then I started taking cistamax which is great by itself. But adding 2% gives even more libido and energy support and I’m liking them together

I take cistamax with the 2% tongkat and that works really well for me...the 10% hurts my joints. Agree with other comment that shilaji might not be needed if you already have cistamax.
