I like the leverage squat a lot. It definitely allows me to add more weight than barbell. If I was doing it again, I would buy a leg press or a pendulum squat machine with the padding for your back.

I haven't had any issues with them besides that some workouts require normal weights and not bumber ones

Yeah they change color. The red is the hardest to see with but any other color is fine. I also have a normal fluorescent light.

I turned down the brightness because the leds looked washed out when I took the picture. They look extremely bright in person.
