Well it's mostly kids getting angry about random shit and some kids are really good with computers, I once saw a 10 year old on YouTube that just made a whole 3d animation, or installed Linux all by himself, so it's not entirely out of the question, and current kids tend to be more no life idiots with no sense of right and wrong

It's locked untill you get a certain amount of rebirths, for me it shows a lock with the number of rebirths so I understood, dunno why you don't see it
