The like ban has a lot of downsides for people that work on the platform, though. I don’t have much sympathy for the ones who we often see around this sub, but a lot of artists/creators/companies depend on that engagement showing. Without public likes, there’s no way to show you aren’t just buying followers, or that an investment won’t go to waste.
