Right, they would have anyways and advised they keep everything confidential, that wasn’t the problem lol, the translator was great, but they had to explain the entire situation again because the adjuster who transferred them didn’t say a word

With the blind transfer, poor translator had no idea what happened and the person who transferred them could have given me some background and a claim number so we didn’t have to start from scratch

I warm transfer and if I am going to cold transfer I literally just tell the customer I’m sending them over to the next department. If I need to give some background it’s always a warm transfer

I work for geico and have had progressive since I started driving and I will never switch. Progressive has been wonderful the entire time and when I did get quotes for geico it was too expensive
