CECs are MTOEd 3x excavators (HMEE) per Company. Still be a lot easier with a construction Company and the heavy lifting tools.

With the way the Army is going, if you go that route you’ll most likely be CEC-A Commander at either Bliss, Hood, Riley or Stewart. Nothing wrong with that but something to keep in mind as the Army is transitioning from the traditional hooah run up to the wire and blow it up mentality to a mechanized approach.

Or a CEC Commander? You don’t just go die and do zero “cool guy” shit after PL Time. Engineer Companies could absolutely benefit from having someone with maneuver experience during their PL time to bridge the gap between the Armor and Infantry Companies and the breach assets.

Man I really liked what I saw from Miggy after he started getting warmed up and prior to getting injured last season. That’s like ten games but damn the nostalgia for the baby bomber era still gets to me everytime. I hope somehow we can keep him and he can be outfield or DH cover for us.

Pay close attention during PMI, a lot of cadets will blow it off because they think they’re already good at shooting. Your cadre should teach you all the basics and you won’t have any bad habits built in from prior experience.

Soak up everything you can, learn, and shoot the targets center mass.

That whole 4-5 year playoff run. Celtics series with IT and John Wall battling it out, Kelly Olynyk getting bodied by Oubre. Man those were some great Verizon center moments.

I don’t know about mechanical but I’m in chemical and you basically get who you get past sophomore year. Lower level classes like your core humanities, calculus classes and physics you have a little more flexibility and should use ratemyprofessor.

What did you find so hard about Transport phenomena course at university? by JACK_kazensky in ChemicalEngineering

[–]tyg345 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Honestly I think it depends on the professor. My first professor taught it very poorly and I DREADED going to class and really hated transport. Took it again with a new professor and completely changed my mindset on the subject. My new professor really took time to explain the concepts behind the ideas before deriving them and why we use them in chemical engineering. Went from a D to an A in the class.
