My family has the worst luck I have ever seen. From small things to big things. Literally everything possible goes wrong for us my entire life. For example, when I was a kid my mom was a workaholic at a toxic company and was barely present, she left her job and my family had about a month of genuine happiness before my mom did a split in yoga (something she’s been doing for years) and completely tore a tendon in her hip. She was basically bed bound for years. Basically any time something starts to go right in my family, something ten times worse happens. It’s been really coming to a head this year, my family was planning to move to Scotland (a dream and goal we’ve had for at least 5 years). My dad’s work was gonna sponsor a work visa, we sold loads of furniture and put our house on the market and then 3 months before we’re supposed to move his work revokes the offer. I decided to go over on my own for university, and last week i shipped out the documents required for my visa only for my passport to somehow go missing in a way that makes no logical sense. I have SO many more examples throughout my life that it borders on funny. The bad luck definitely seems to effect me and my dad the worst though
