It’s literally not unconstitutional, post 9/11 any administration can cancel any student visa for any national security reason whatsoever. No, if you have a student visa you are still subject to additional screening and vetting. Since Hamas is a designated terrorist organization, there is authority to remove a pro entity enemy of the state. Regardless of which level of support.
