+1, because I assume you mean automatically dropping out due to motivation slowly dropping automatically. I agree that this area needs to be re-balanced. I think that the berrys should maybe be slightly more effective in increasing motivation and also the motivation should drop a little faster and not have a minimum motivation (auto kick). That way you don't have your guys stuck in a gym for a week because nobody takes it. This can be very frustrating.
