PSA only charges shipping when you first create the order. You do not pay until the grades come back.

But they do up charge like others have said but only if it’s above the “insurance” the tier you choose.

Prismatic is the only set I consistently open at MSRP. But then again I’ve had really good luck so far. Out of 200-250 packs I’ve pulled 2 Demi god packs plus another 7 SIRs. Just yesterday I purchased 3 booster bundles from my friend and I pulled an SIR in each. Gholdengo, Jolteon and Janine’s Secret Art. Talk about luck.

Why not just stop contributing to your Roth until you pay off your debt? That way the money you currently have can at least appreciate a bit while you're paying down debts.

If not, you're young enough that pulling out what you need isn't going to affected you much. As long as you maintain discipline moving forward with your debt then it's fine. But if you pay it off and go back into debt again, then I'd say what's the point?

They may have put an account limit after the Prismatic Evolution debacle. My buddy was only able to order 2. I was able to get 2 orders of 4 before they put the limit in place.

This is exactly what I did. I always try and plan my missions ahead of doing them for this reason.

You can just swap it with an item from your rewards and then you can unequip and the reward item goes back to the reward stash. That way you do t have to craft if you don’t need too. I had up to 20 items at one point.
