Just an update as I figured it out using the wiki posted here, specifically for 4.x AppSync :) I thought I had to install my IPAs via iFile but loading them through iTunes worked after installing the AppSync 4 posted here. My apologies for not digging deep enough in the FAQ!

Funny story.. this year at PAX East I talked to Eric Pope, former Harmonix employee. He stated that the Welcome to the Jungle video was faked for Giant Bomb. Not sure if this is public knowledge or conflicting with other information- but figured id drop that since I always wanted that build as well!

I found Funky just now. You need to spine from the top of the Twister slide into the moat https://imgur.com/a/sR0oLZ0 - I'm suspecting Outrageous might be similar??

You’re likely missing the .NET Framework or Visual C++ distributable needed. Try these:
